Online Payment Portal Temporarily Unavailable

Due to recent changes to card payment rules following a decision by the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), businesses will no longer be able to pass on card payment costs to customers through a card surcharge from 1 October 2026.

Unfortunately, the fees charged to us by our online payment processing provider, Stripe, remain payable by our business.

Rather than simply increasing our prices for all customers to cover these additional payment processing costs, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our online payment portal while we investigate a more affordable solution.

We understand that some customers may be unable to travel to one of our stores, and we want to make sure you can still make payments remotely.

If you are unable to visit us in person, please contact one of our stores and our team will provide our BSB and account number so that payment can be made directly into our bank account.

Please note: Goods cannot be released or collected until cleared payment has been received into our bank account.

We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we work to find a cost-effective payment solution that allows us to continue providing convenient remote payment options without unnecessarily increasing costs for our customers.
